Keeping a logbook.&nbsp;<br><\/b><\/u><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-4); color: var(--ast-global-color-3);\">For <\/span><b style=\"font-style: inherit; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-4); color: var(--ast-global-color-3);\">2 weeks<\/b><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-4); color: var(--ast-global-color-3);\">, we ask participants to keep a <\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-4); color: var(--ast-global-color-3);\">logbook <\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-4); color: var(--ast-global-color-3);\">on which metrics they are interested in and what moments they want to measure something about. <\/span><b style=\"font-style: inherit; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-4); color: var(--ast-global-color-3);\">Everyone <\/b><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-4); color: var(--ast-global-color-3);\">can participate. <br>We close Part 1 with a 30 minute 1-on-1 interview with participants.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b style=\"text-decoration-line: underline;\">Part 2. Working with the Habilyzer Toolkit.<\/b><br>For 4 weeks, we ask a group of participants to use the Habilyzer toolkit to track their work habits and workplace experience. The researchers will be in weekly contact and Part 2 closes with a 30-minute 1-on-1 exit interview with participants. A max. of 5 Habilyzer toolkits can be used.<\/p><p><b><u>Part 3.
